Well, I was born in the Dominican Republic to my Dominican mother and my Puerto Rican father. I grew up on the mean streets of Spanish Harlem and the South Bronx in the great city of New York. Where I cultivated my love for art. Everything from graffiti to comic book style illustrations to fashion design to architecture and of course web design.

Although I have a degree in Computer Information Systems I am, like most of us, a self taught web designer. The first web site I built was on a Pentium 133Mhz box which interestingly enough was more expensive than my current Mac Mini set up. Never the less, I've been a pro at this web game for about 12 years. I've worked for small web shops, dot coms, educational institutions to healthcare companies to mom and pop businesses and I'm always freelancing. Freelancing, I've found, is a great way to keep my design mind sharp and it also helps to improve my communication skills because of my dealings with various clients.

Today, when I'm not working on a web site you can find me kicking back and enjoying a good movie, rooting form my favorite sports teams (Yankees, Giants, Knicks, Rangers), listening to music or just hanging at home with my beautiful family.
